There is something deeply meaningful about interview preparation that often gets overlooked in the conversations about breaking into FAANG, or going from Tier 2-3-4 tech companies to Tier 1 companies.
Let's take one of my clients as example. They were a PM Manager making $220K/year at a startup.
Through our partnership, they landed a Meta IC6 PM role with a $470K compensation package ($245K base + bonus + RSUs).
That's a $250K INCREASE in their first year alone.
Over the next 3 years, this increase means at least $1M+ in additional CUMULATIVE compensation, even with conservative 5% annual raises and staying at IC6 (without getting promoted to IC7).
And this doesn't include the additional RSU refreshers that they will receive every year.
The numbers are real, but what truly moves me is seeing how these numbers literally change lives.

This is so different from how I grew up.
I will never forget the day when my mom said,
"I want you to go to grad school. I will do everything I can so that you can go to grad school"

... that I wouldn't stay 1 more year for Masters,
... that I would get a job right away after getting my Bachelors.
