Getting a 2nd job offer!

Celebrating a client's 2nd offer

One of my clients has been job searching for 8 months, and we are now celebrating their 2nd offer! 🌈

When we met earlier this year, they grappled with self-doubt, fear of failure, and a sense of unworthiness, especially when considering highly competitive companies.

At one point, they were on the verge of tears, feeling overwhelmed by their perceived "gap" between their current reality and their aspirations.

That's why the first thing we worked on was mindset.

It is the underlying OS that drives all decision making, strategies, and tactics.

We worked on reframing their perspective, recognizing their accomplishments and inherent value.

This involved celebrating small wins, practicing self-compassion, and cultivating a belief in their potential.

We worked on confronting their fears and self-doubt through journaling, meditation, and targeted exercises.

This helped them shifted their focus from what they "lacked" to the unique strengths they brought to the table.

We worked on "being" the person who had already achieved their dream role.

This involved visualizing themselves in that position, adopting the associated qualities, and taking proactive steps towards her goals.

And tactically, we developed a tailored strategy that aligned with their strengths and aspirations.

This included crafting compelling narratives and practicing acing case and behavioral interviews.

When they secured interviews with prestigious companies, it proved to them that all along, they had the ability to attract top-tier employers.

This is a story of significant growth, shifts, and successful navigation of challenges with grace. 🌈

It is also a testament to the power of mindset and targeted action.

My clients have landed roles at Meta, Google, Microsoft, Walmart, Tesla, Stripe, Intuit, Nvidia, Glean, Retool, Apple, and Tubi from Staff and Principal to GPM, Director, and VP, with compensation up to $1.2M this past year.

They didn’t get there by memorizing frameworks.

They transformed because they upgraded who they were being in the interview room, clearer, more senior, more grounded, and learned what “great” actually sounds like at the L6-L9 levels.

Most candidates try to change their outcomes without changing the way they think, communicate, or lead under pressure.

But when your identity shifts, when you start speaking, deciding, and framing like the level you want, opportunities move toward you faster.

The old way of prepping with endless surface-level mocks stretches your timeline.

Every month you delay your offer often means $10K-$20K+ in total comp left on the table when you are targeting $500K-$1M+ roles.

If this is the year you want to show up differently: clearer and more strategic to shorten your time-to-offer go here to request your invite for PM interviews and behavioral & leadership interviews across all roles, I’ll be in touch. 🌟
