$512K Offer! Here's The Strategy Behind It

π₯ Today we are celebrating a client who landed a $512K offer in total comp ($287K base, $900K equity over 4 years)!

When we first met, they
β’ were primarily practicing with friends
β’ couldn't find interview resources meant for PMs with more than 10 YOE

They also had the tendency to be verbose in their communication,
β’ which made it hard for them to articulate deep and strategic thoughts.

We worked on elevating their answers to actually represent their seniority.
